General Observations
We skied to 2000-2500 feet elevation at Mulford’s in low angle terrain and trees. Snow accumulated throughout the day up to an estimated 8″ by 2:00 PM. The new unconsolidated snow rested on a soft crust: we didn’t break the crust on skis but fell through in our boots. Snow during the morning was light and fluffy, but flakes became small and dense in the afternoon.
