General Observations

Skied Dan Moller today during the storm.  5” of new snow and light winds.  Numerous hand sheer tests indicated the new snow was bonding well to the previous layer.  Dug one pit at 2300’, NE aspect, 34 degree slope.  Snow depth was 75cm.  CT 21 Q2.  Failed at the ground on what appeared to be facets.  Saw no other signs of instability.
