Nov.19 Upper level low shaping up to be another atmospheric river pulling moisture up toward PWS, hitting the cooler ridge sitting over the interior. 

 

Additional Information

Significant storm snow is accumulating down to sea-level with temperatures forecast to rise, producing rain later in the storm (Wednesday-Thursday).
