A fast storm brought over an inch of water Thursday night into Friday, with moderate to strong wind loading western aspects. This translated into near a foot of snow down to sea level. Since then, mostly dry cold conditions have promoted stability.

Expect mostly dry cold conditions to continue into mid-week. Moderate northerly winds may create isolated wind slabs at tree line and above.
