All Community Partnership agreements are subject to the approval and acceptance by the Haines Avalanche Center (HAC) and the Alaska Avalanche Information Center (AAIC). Acceptance of the Community Partnership Agreement shall constitute an agreement to provide advertising space as described in the agreement. By completing the Community Partnership Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understand all of the terms herein, and in the current Community Partnership description and that this Agreement is subject to all such terms which are expressly made a part of this agreement. Community Partnership Agreements and Payments are non-refundable. The partnership year runs from July 1-June 30 (annually). The Community Partner is responsible for providing logos, artwork, banner, etc. to the AAIC by October 1 to ensure inclusion in annual materials. Any submissions after this date will be subject to available space and planning. The Community Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AAIC and their affiliates, with whom AAIC may have contracted for any and all loss, expense or other liability (including attorney’s fees) arising from any claim of liability, violation of privacy, plagiarism, copyright, any advertised copy submitted, infringement, omission, incorrect information or placement and any other claim or suit that may arise out of the publication of printed materials.
