Recent Weather
Weather has been busy with heavy precipitation last weekend lingering through the week. Winds blew strong from the east. The freezing line fluctuated, eventually climbing above our local peaks. Many small to medium sized avalanches occurred at tree line and above. Precipitation ended last night.
Expect mostly dry conditions through next week. Temperatures will fluctuate diurnally. The avalanche hazard should decrease at night but increase during the heat of the day, especially on sun baked slopes.
