Recent Weather

After 5 days of dry weather, we are transitioning to a stormy week. Our snow pack remains variable with rain and wind effect.

Expect rain and snow through the week. Weather models suggest a ½ inch of water today, ¾ inch Tuesday, and 1 ½ inches Wednesday. The freezing line will fluctuate, but how high it will climb is unknown. Winds will blow moderate from the east. The avalanche hazard should be limited to the new snow, and will depend on how much accumulates in the start zones.
