Weather

We received a couple inches of snow to sea level today. Conditions are mild at the moment, though things look to get busy Wednesday. While confidence in the details remains low, weather models suggest 3 inches of water, with moderate to strong wind loading western aspects and the freezing level rising. Meanwhile, a potential weak layer lingers a foot and a half deep at tree line and above. The avalanche hazard will probably increase Wednesday and activity should be expected through Thursday.
