We received a half inch of water Sunday, with moderate wind loading western aspects. While a mix of snow and rain fell at sea level, this translated into 6 inches of snow above 1500 feet. Precipitation ended earlier than expected Monday morning. Weather should remain dry until Wednesday, with precipitation then continuing through the weekend. The hazard may increase later in the week. Backcountry users should use caution on steep western aspects above tree line.
